Kathryn KlineKathryn Kline was born in Vermont, USA. She attended the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, PA and the Olean Business Institute, Olean, NY where she received her legal certificate in 1988. Kathryn has over 15 years legal experience and has worked in Pennsylvania, New York and Texas. Her areas of knowledge include oil & gas, bankruptcy, real estate and insurance defense. She has a strong background in personal injury, medical malpractice and civil litigation. Early in her career, Kathryn was legal assistant to the Mental Health Review Officer and assisted in preparing Orders resulting from competency hearings. A few years later, she worked for five years for the District Attorney in his private practice. She also was assistant to an MD reviewing and examining medical records to evaluate medical malpractice claims. Since coming to the Dallas area in 1997, Kathryn has worked on six figure personal injury and multi-million dollar medical malpractice cases and has assisted attorneys in court when it has been necessary to litigate the case at trial. Kathryn joined KLBF in 2005 and currently works for all partners in the firm handling cases involving construction and surety law, fidelity law and employment law. |
